Make A Loan Payment

If making your payment from a Citizens Bank of Winfield deposit account, use one of these convenient options:

• Automated Transfer:  This is the most convenient option and can be set up as a recurring payment each month. To set-up a Recurring payment which will be deducted from your account, download an enrollment form here and return the completed form to:  The Citizens Bank of Winfield, Attn: Loan Department, P. O. Box 550, Winfield, AL 35594, fax to 205-487-3799, or bring it by the bank. 
  ** Do not email this form as it contains confidential account information.

• Online / Mobile Banking Transfer:  To set-up a One-Time or Recurring payment using your Citizens Bank of Winfield Online or Mobile Banking Service, log-in with your Access ID and passcode and select “Transfers”.  If you have not signed up for our Online/Mobile Banking service, click “Apply Now” and complete the information requested.

• AccountLink – 24-Hour Telephone Banking:  To set-up a One-Time or Recurring payment using your Citizens Bank of Winfield deposit account, call 1-877-832-7465, choose option 3 and follow instructions.  (If this is your fist time using this service, you will need to choose a 4 digit PIN.)

• Mail, Telephone or In Person:  Allow 4 to 7 days for delivery and processing.  Mail to:
  The Citizens Bank of Winfield, P. O. Box 550, Winfield, AL 35594.  Call (205)487-4277 to make your payment by phone.  During normal business hours, stop by the bank to pay your payment.  Night Drop box located by the Drive-up for after-hours use. 

If your deposit account is with another financial institution, please use one of the options below:

• ACH Payment: To schedule your payment from a deposit account with another financial institution for the 5th, 15th, or 25th of the month on a recurring basis, please contact the Citizens Bank Loan Department at (205)487-4277.

• Mail or In Person:  Mail your payment to The Citizens Bank of Winfield, Attn: Loan Dept., P. O. Box 550, Winfield, AL  35594.  Please allow 4-7 days for delivery and processing.  During normal business hours, stop by the bank to pay your payment.  Night Drop box located by the Drive-up for after-hours use.

• Debit Card on Website:  Visit our website, www.cbwinfield.com and click “Make Loan Payment”.  Enter your “amount”, loan “account number” and “pay now”.  On the following page, enter your debit card information.  A convenience fee of $8.00 will apply for this option

• Debit Card by Phone or in Person: Call (205)487-4277 or come in to talk to a Citizens Bank of Winfield representative to make a payment with a debit card from another financial institution.  A convenience fee of $12.00 will apply for this option.
